James Caan has filed for divorce from his wife of 14 years, Linda Stokes. Caan had filed for divorce from Stokes back in 2005, but later announced that the couple had reconciled.

According to TMZ, the 69-year old actor recently filed papers with the Los Angeles County Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences. Caan and Stokes have two children, James Arthur (14) and Jacob Nicholas (11). It is Caan’s fourth divorce. There are three other children from previous divorces: Tara (45), Scott (33) and Alexander James (18).

Caan os best known for his performances in The Godfather (1972, 1974), Dick Tracy (1990, Misery (1990), Eraser (1996) and more recently Elf (2003), Get Smart (2008) and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009).
