Sheen, Mueller
Following an arrest for domestic violence against his wife Brooke Mueller on December 25, Charlie Sheen could be facing yet another divorce. The 44-year old actor and father of five was charged with second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. A protective order has been put in place against him, but Mueller’s attorney has now filed for an adjusted order so that she is able to see Sheen and repair their marriage.
Yale Galanter, who represents Mueller, said that a modified order would be necessary “so they can work on resolving the conflicts in their marriage.” He called the altercation just “one bad night” in a marriage of two people who truly love each other, Galanter told TMZ. The publication said that Galanter was not hired because Mueller was aiming or a divorce, but just in case she would be charged with making a false police report.
There was no comment from Sheen. However, Sheen is reportedly in Los Angeles while Mueller is in Aspen, where the incident occurred.
Mueller is Sheen’s third wife. Sheen was first married to Donna Peele in 1995 and divorced in 1996. He then married Denise Richards in 2002 and was divorced in 2006. He has five children, 25-year old Cassandra Jade Estevez with former girlfriend Paula Profit, 5-year old Sam and 4-year old Lola with Denis Richards as well as 9-month old twins Bob and Max with Mueller.
